The conference Empowering Cancer Survivors: Innovations and Insights through Digital Solutions will take place on 28th August 2024 at the Medical University of Gdańsk, Poland. The event is organised for the first time as a collaboration between the Medical University of Gdańsk and the organisers of the EU funded Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Action - Implementation Network Europe for Cancer Survivorship Care.
