INE-CSC Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) Conference Grant

Grant Period 2023-2024

INE-CSC COST Action Implementation Network Europe for Cancer Survivorship Care (CA21152) is happy to announce the opening of its first call for applications for the Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) Conference Grant – Grant period 2023-2024.

Scope:

Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) Conference Grant facilitates and supports mobility of Young Researchers and Innovators (< 40 years old) affiliated in participating Inclusiveness Targeted Countries (ITC) and Near Neighbour Countries (NNC) to attend and present her/his work in high-level conferences fully organized by a third party, i.e. not organized nor co-organized by the COST Action.

Who can apply:

Young Researchers and Innovators (individuals < 40 years old) from COST ITC and NNC who are presenting authors of oral/poster presentation at a conference.

COST ITC are as follows: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, French Guiana, Georgia, Greece, Guadalupe, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Reunion Island and Saint-Martin (France), Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Türkiye, Ukraine, Azores and Madeira (Portugal), Canary Islands (Spain)

The following countries are considered COST NNC: Algeria, Azerbaijan, Egypt, the Faroe Islands, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia.

Content and focus:

Applications should be linked (content-wise) to the field of INE-CSC COST Action.

Number of grants:

Four (4).

Financial support:

In-person events: up to 2000 euro.

Virtual meetings (no more than two in a call): only registration fee will be covered up to 500 euro.

Application Deadlines

June 30th, 2024

Period

The conference must take place between March 1st and October 31st, 2024.
