We are delighted to announce the Empowering Individuals Living Through and Beyond Cancer and Their Families Through Innovative Solutions Conference 2025, taking place on May 29, 2025, at the City College, University of York - Europe Campus, Thessaloniki, Greece.

This COST Action conference encourages the sharing of evidence-based practices and innovative solutions to improve cancer survivorship care. We are particularly interested in digital tools such as wearable technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePROs), mobile applications, remote monitoring systems, and virtual clinics that enhance quality of life and symptom management. In addition, we welcome studies and projects exploring social, psychological, and system-based innovations that support patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals navigating the cancer journey.
